New No Bake Graham Crumb Pie Make-up Machine

A new fully automatic machine is equipped with a foil pan dispenser, crumb dispenser, crumb spinner, no-bake graham crumb shell make-up, filling dispenser and topping stations all of which combine to produce approximately 1,800 pies per hour. Our re-designed garnishing station eliminates all product waste and mess. Major machine movements are servo controlled resulting in accuracy, speed and reliability. Our machines can be used for a variety of pies allowing filling and topping weights to be adjusted automatically or manually on-the-fly. Portable vertical piston pie topping allows for toppings to be laid gently “on top of” the filling accurately either manually or automatically.
